Julia Ann Cosser, 90, of Sun Lakes, Ariz., a secretary and TV copywriter, died. She was born in Salina, Kan. She is survived by daughters Susan Erne and Christine Cosser, and a grandchild. Interment in Kailua pending. Donations suggested to Salina Education Foundation, Smokey Hill Museum or Shriners Hospital.
