Harry Boranian, 90, of Lihue, an Army veteran who served in World War II, a Pearl Harbor machinist and city director of civil service during the Frank Fasi administration, died at home. He was born in Providence, R.I. He is survived by wife June M., sons Victor and Harry Jr. "Skip," daughters Paula Rudinoff and Eve Boranian, brothers Dickran and Ara, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services: 5 p.m. April 10 at St. Michael and All Angel's Episcopal Church, Lihue. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 4364 Hardy St., Lihue, HI 96766, or Kauai Hospice, 4457 Pahee St., Lihue, HI 96766.
