Mieko Yoshino, 92, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Personnel Services personnel clerk, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Alan Z. and Irvin Y., five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
