Albert Orta, 70, of Waianae, a construction laborer, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by stepson Daniel A. Gusman, stepdaughters Davlyn Marshall and Faith Poindexter, brother Manuel Orta Jr., nine grandchildren and eight grandchildren. Private services.
