He is survived by mother Mary, brothers Joey "Keola" and Brian, sisters Donna Allen and Michele "Michie" Reyes, and hanai brothers Tommy Castro and Jerry Wong. Visitation: 8:45 a.m. Tuesday at St. Jude's Catholic Church, 92-455 Makakilo Drive, Kapolei. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
