Filomena Ancheta Ganir, 87, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired dishwasher at The Bull Shed, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Alfredo, Wayne, Justino, Tomas Jr. and Elpie; daughters Teresita Aguilar, Anastacia Acob-Pascua, Perlita Agtunong and Josie Ganir; sisters Purificacion Guerra and Elena Ganal; 31 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 24 at Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Sept. 25 at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kalapaki Bay Memorial Park.
