Grace Hiroko Ochiai, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Coast Guard accounting clerk, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Dean and Kent, brothers James and Francis Ono, sister Margie Hatori and a grandchild. Private services.
