Esmenia Fernandez Visitacion Tagavilla, 88, of Hanapepe, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Huberto V. and Russell; daughters Evelyn Pascual, Anita Bunsaan and Elfie Tumaneng; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services: 6-9 p.m. Friday at Garden Island Mortuary, Lawai, Kauai. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery. Casual attire.
