Russel Roger Keone DeSilva, 34, of Kapaa, Kauai, a self-employed upholsterer, died. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Tamee, sons Russel-Isaiah and Dylan, daughter Tiffany, parents Macky and Sheila, brother Michael and grandmother Hilda. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday at the family home, 6471 Kawaihau Road, Kapahi, Kauai.
