He is survived by wife Alessandra "Ali," sons Nolan "Ku" and Nainoa "Nai," brother Joshua "Bud" and sisters Priscilla "Cilla" Spencer, Florence "Hii" Waurtsburg and Virginia "Puni" Staudinger.
