Alvin Kapena Wright, 68, of Kaneohe, an Ameron Hawaii employee and an Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Marcia; son Matthew Barrett-Wright; daughters Naomi Sousa, Alane Dalit, Kristine Furuike, Valerie Pacarro and Pua Tenorio; brothers Jack, George and Benny; sisters Lucille Wong, Clara Kekahuna, Jacqueline Wright, Katie DeAguiar and Alice Loo; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:15 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 10 a.m. next Wednesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
