Ralph Edward Stephens Jr., 74, of Waianae, an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Duval County, Fla. He is survived by wife Priscilla, sons Jesse and William, daughter Marie Bashaw, hanai son Paul Bashaw, sisters Lendia Kinneman and Georgina Southerland, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Waianae Boat Harbor. Casual attire. Loose flowers welcome.
