Arthur Teruo "Art" Ogata, 88, of Honolulu, a retired electronics technician for the Naval Electronics Engineering Activity, Pacific, at Pearl Harbor, and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Agnes T., son Dudley T., daughter Sharon T. Kim, sister Jane Tom and four grandchildren. Private services.
