John Arthur Jukes, 84, of Kailua-Kona, a mechanical engineer and founder of Time-Sert, owner of Time Fastener Co. and a Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in Nottingham, England. He is survived by sons William and Michael, daughter Jill Wagner, sister Jean Murphy and five grandchildren. Private services.
