Toshio Okiura, 95, of Oahu, a McBryde Sugar Plantation irrigation supervisor, died on Oahu. He was born on Kauai. He is survived by wife Yoshiko, daughters Evie Horimoto and Stacie Matias, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary, Lawai. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire.
