80Kamalo Yamamoto, 86, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a retired general maintenance worker for Kohala Sugar Co. and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Hanako; sons Jeffrey K. and Wesley; daughters Beverlee Yoneda and Rae Takayama; brothers Silom, William, Solomon K., Kamaka and Manuel; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kohala Ward, 55-524 Hawi Road. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawi County Cemetery.
