He was a retired SSGT in the U.S. Army and a supervisor for the Federal Civil Service. He is survived by daughters, Jean M. Takata, Frances C. Vendiola, Nancy T. (Randal) Quemuel, Jacqueline M. Rush, Susan E. Vendiola; brothers, Joseph (Angie) Vendiola, Brother Leo Vendiola, Arsenio (Nodie) Vendiola; sisters, Felisa Miner, Mercy Barbosa; 6 grand- children. Visitation 9:00 a.m. Tuesday (Dec 22) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary (20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu); funeral service 10:00 a.m. Committal service 1:00 p.m. at National Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
