78Andy Kuuipo Mancao, 46, of Honokaa, Hawaii, an executive chef for Halii Kai in Waikoloa, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents Shirley P. Toko and Andrew Mancao, sisters Cheryl S. Paiva and Soo-Ling L. Leong, and brothers Jason C. and Andrew C. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Jan. 9 at Honokaa Hongwanji Hall. Casual attire.
