Masaaki Hisanaga, 56, of Honolulu, a sushi chef, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kin, Okinawa, Japan. He is survived by wife Tachiko, son Ken, daughter Sayuri, mother Yoneko Nakama, brothers Noriyoshi and Masakazu Nakama, and sisters Kimiyo Suzuki and Chiyo Yonashiro. Private services.
