Inez Kaiponohea Aki, 85, of Honolulu, a retired Handi- Van driver and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard cafeteria cook, passed away on Aug 6. She is survived by brother Francis "Keli'i" and sisters Emmaline K. "Emi" Kaailau, Juliet K. "Judy" Tankersley, Violet "Ululani" Lung and Mary A. "Babes" Huihui. Although she had no children of her own, she was godmother and favorite aunt to many who affectionately called her "Auntie I". Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
