Age 91, of Kailua, Oahu, passed away at his home on March 19, 2017. He was born October 28, 1925 in Hilo, Hawaii and was a partner with J. Tamashiro, Inc. Contractors and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by wife, Rosie Tamashiro; daughter, Brenda Irvine; brothers, Jitsuichi and Minoru Tamashiro; grandchildren, Julie Smith, Brooke Irvine; 5 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
