Sai Lit Ching, of Honolulu, HI, passed away March 22, 2017, in San Diego, CA, at the age of 75. A retired business man, he was an avid volunteer for the American Red Cross of Hawaii and coached girls' track for Pac-5 and Punahou School. Sai Lit is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Wong) Ching; daughters Allison Collantes and Ashley (Benjamin) Wang; brother King Lit Ching; sister Su-Sun Wang; granddaughter Megan Irene; grandsons Nicholas and Lucas; nieces and nephews. Private inurnment. Celebration of Life will be at 10am-12pm at Community Church of Honolulu, Stephen Mark Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Red Cross of Hawaii, in memory of Sai Lit Ching. Aloha Attire.
