94, of Pearl City, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2017, at home in Pearl City. She was born in Honolulu to prominent local businessman Miguel and wife Blossa Infante on April 4, 1922. She was a wonderful Waikiki entertainer and beloved matriarch. Her husband, William Benhart Willing, passed away in 1984. Years later, Rachel married William Champion Miller. The couple lived happily in Riverside, California, until Mr. Miller's retirement when they moved to Pearl City, Hawaii. Rachel is survived by son Douglas Benhart Willling, daughters Charlene Gohier, Sharlotte W. Cocson, Emily H. Willing, stepchildren Jonathan David Miller, Pamela Miller Erickson, Rachelle Nicole Jackson, Todd Champion Sellden, Brian Lloyd Sellden and many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be at 9:00a.m. and Memorial Services will be at 10:00a.m., Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Mililani Memorial Park, Makai Chapel. Casual attire. Interment will be held at 11:00a.m. the following Monday, April 17, 2017, at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe.
