92, of Honolulu, passed away on June 25, 2017 at home. She was born in Wailuku, Maui and graduated from Baldwin High School. Mrs. Toma was a supervisor/clerk for the U.S. Government at Fort Shafter. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas "Kimo", she is survived by her sons, Joseph and Paul Toma; daughter, Jacqueline Toma; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth (Judy) and Marquis Kochi; sisters, Clara (Nobuo) Kobayashi, Jane Eckenrode and Betty (Shiro) Nakahira. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 7, 2017, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; service 10:00 a.m. Committal service and burial to follow at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (Punchbowl).
