83, of Honolulu, an Army veteran and retired from the University of Hawaii Athletic Department, passed away on July 13, 2017 in Honolulu. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; daughter, Joy Saito; brother, Mamoru (Lynette); and sister, Hanako Saito. Visitation is at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 30, 2017, at Nuuanu Congregational Church.
